Great salad dressing or marinade for fish and chicken.
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger - chopped, diced or grated
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- Salt to taste
- 1/3 cup Thornburg barrel aged balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup Century Sun Oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Mix the first 4 ingredients well, and slowly whisk in oil. Place in a jar and refrigerate, keeps 2 weeks or longer.
