LAMB BACON & GOAT CHEESE FLATBREAD

INGREDIENTS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mince garlic and add to olive oil
  2. Preheat oven to 425
  3. Sauce the flatbread with the Olive Oil/ Garlic mixture
  4. Take red onion and spread it out evenly around the flatbread
  5. With a spoon, put dollops of Capriole goat cheese spreading them out evening around the flatbread
  6. Cut Smoking Goose Lamb Bacon to 1 inch thick rounds and spread around flatbread
  7. Bake for 15 minutes (or until desired doneness)
  8. Remove from and cut into pieces and top with grated Kenny's Reserve Asiago and arugula
