As we believe that Pizza should be included as one of the major food groups, we tend to eat a lot of it around here. This is the Forage & Foster house crust recipe. As we add different pizzas to our recipe page, this crust will compose most of them.

Servings: 2 pizza's
1 c Warm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
1.5 c All purpose flour
.75 c Semolina flour
1 tsp Italian herbs
- Stir water, yeast and sugar till dissolved. let rest for 3 minutes
- Add olive oil salt, and Italian herbs and mix
- Incorporate flour and knead for 5 minutes
- Let rest and rise for 1 hour.
