GREEK SALAD W/ GRECO FETA & VILLAGE BATCH OLIVE OIL, OLIVES, & BALSAMIC.

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Thinly slice carrots, radishes, cucumber, avocado, and onion.

2. Pit Kalamon and Plum olives by rolling a butter knife over them and then roughly chop 

3. Put 2 handfuls of mixed greens in a large bowl and drizzle balsamic over the greens while coating and mixing with your hand

4. Separate greens into 2 shallow bowls and begin layering vegetables

5. Crumble Greco Feta over top of veggies 

6. Top with chopped olives, pickled turnips, and torn parsley

7. Drizzle the salads with EVOO and sprinkle with sea salt
